id unify mapping

Description

Usage

id_unify(uniprot, id,
    target = NULL);

Arguments

uniprot

a uniprot dataabse pipeline stream

id

a character vector of the raw id for map to the target database id.

target

the database name for map to. [as string]

env

the R# runtime environment object. [as Environment]

this function returns a R# error message object if the input uniprot data can not be cast to a collection of the entry object.
