Arguments

gb

the ncbi genbank assembly data for make the plasmid source check, which can be a vector of the File object or a named list of this assembly object.

env

the R# runtime environment object. [as Environment]

a boolean value of the plasmid source check result when the input is a vector of the genbank assembly object, or a named list of the check result when the input is a named list;

this function returns a R# error message object if the input genbank data can not be cast to a collection of the File object.
