enrichment

the UniProt keyword enrichment analysis result set. [as EnrichmentResult]

keywords

the UniProt keyword table data, the required columns are Keyword ID and Category. [as dataframe]

top

the number of the most significant keywords that will be kept in each category. Default 4. [as integer]

gseakit

a CatalogProfiles object, the name of each catalog is the keyword category and the value is the top enriched keywords of that category.
